Brendan was incredible. Was very courteous and offered to take off his shoes without me having to request. He quickly identified the problem (p-trap under kitchen sink), explained the situation, then got to work fixing the issue. We had a plumbing emergency in our Lewisville home and I called Craftsman in a panic. To my relief, Brendan arrived within the hour. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue. Our house is back to normal, no water damage, and the whole process was seamless. If youre in Lewisville and need reliable plumbing service, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommendsaved our weekend!

Our water heater began leaking and stopped working in the middle of the night. They were able to come out the very next day and completely replace the old water heater with a new one here in Aledo within a few hours, and dispose of the old heater for us. They were super quick and professional, would definitely recommend to everyone!

Best plumbers in the DFW area. If you are reading this and considering anyone else for the work, let this be your reason to stop looking elsewhere. Arthur at Craftsman is a phenomenal plumber, very personable, and passionate about his work. He found multiple instances of bad-practice from a previous plumbers work (including attaching a galvanized pipe to a cast-iron drain linewhich youre definitely not supposed to do) and had fixes for them quickly. Highly recommend and will call them back out again anytime we have a reason.

Craftsman Plumbing is absolutely miraculous! From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and quick to respond. The plumber arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work being done. They completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail, leaving everything clean and working perfectly.

Great people, reliable service!

Arthur came out to fix a commode that had been worked on twice by another plumbing company and was still sliding all over the floor making it dangerous for my elderly father to sit on it. Arthur fix the toilet properly which involved a bit more work than just simply putting on a new wax seal. Now it is stable and we no longer have to worry about Dad having an accident because the toilet move suddenly while he was trying to get up or sit down. Arthur has great people skills and a good sense of humor, a strong work ethic, and he will treat you right. We will be using this plumbing company again.

Brendan was quick to arrive, knowledgeable, and very professional! He replaced a faulty water shut off valve and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Five stars!

This team of plumbers is AMAZING!! I used them twice for clogged drain and gas water heater issues. Each time they came out I was 200% satisfied.
